Shipping & Returns

Return policy.  There is a 30-day return policy for any undamaged item. If a piece fails to meet your satisfaction, simply return it within 30 days of the order date with the reason for the return.

Repairs. Copper Fire jewelry is protected under normal wear-and-tear conditions, including broken earring posts. If pieces are unable to be repaired, you will be given an option for a store credit or refund. 

Returns and Repairs. Send an email to info@copper-fire.com with order number and state reason for return. For damaged items, please include a picture of the item with description of how it was damaged. Mail item to Copper Fire, P.O. Box 111, Walland, TN 37886, along with order number, name, and email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Copper Fire will pay for shipping on repaired items that are re-sent to customers. For further inquiries, please send us an email.
